摘要: In an attempt to elucidate the active form of T-2 toxin, one trichothecene mycotoxins in vivo, metabolism animal tissues was studied vitro by using gas liquid chromatography. toxin selectively hydrolysed microsomal esterase at C-4, giving rise HT-2 as only metabolite. This activity found mainly microsomes liver, kidney, and spleen laboratory animals. Since enzymatic hydrolysis inhibited eserine, diisopropylfluorophosphate, it is concluded that non-specific carboxyesterase [EC 3.1.1.1] origin participates this type selective toxin.
