摘要: Abstract The development of glucose-responsive biopolymer nanocarriers for self-regulated insulin delivery is significant in the treatment diabetes. In this work, first time, we have developed a new approach to prepare nanoparticles co-assembled by concanavalin A (Con A) and amylopectin. influence Con A-amylopectin mass ratio, incubation pH, ionic strength on characteristics obtained was investigated. Under optimal conditions, were spherical with diameters 100–300 nm. results fluorimetry indicated that conformation changed combination different concentration Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra formed through interaction between Insulin could be embedded into nanoparticles, encapsulation efficiency approximately 69.73%. loading capacity up 17%. insulin-release rate 3 mg/ml glucose media increased 2.23 times absence glucose. Thus, underlying glucose-sensitive behavior are excellent candidates
