摘要: This paper introduces a new approach to the modelling of interdisciplinary river catchment management, project for management watersheds being conducted at UFZ Centre Environmental Research. The European Union Water Framework Directive shifts water resources beyond political boundaries (e.g. state, country) focus on total area. currently incorporates following components: hydrology, sediment and nutrient transport, wetland research, quality, ecotoxicology, socio- economics decision making. A basin tool is in process developed, based basic research different landscape compartments running waters, area). Thus, rehabilitation measures can be evaluated, interactions dependencies between these components along reach included assessment process. integrated consists several hydrological biological computer models which are linked an object orientated way. Each model its input output flow controlled via GIS interface. Special emphasis placed development specific regionalization procedures. Modularity key feature system, allowing each run as stand-alone model. An additional important system it's flexibility added or removed fit requirements.
