摘要: Seventy-seven (71%) of a group 109 attenders at an out-patient drug treatment service reported that they had used heroin in the 90 days before interview, whom 24 (31%) every day. Daily users were more likely to explain their use terms needing curb withdrawals than occasional users. The latter report availability as reason for use. From clinical perspective, it is those who opportunistically are less change function responses (e.g. higher methadone dose) whose motivated by attempt withdrawal symptoms.
