摘要: The authors discuss the design of a prototype data acquisition (DAQ) card for ZEUS calorimeter. accepts two multiplexed analog streams at 1 MHZ rate, and digitizes stores subsequent transfer through VME to host computer. is buffered by high-speed asynchronous FIFO following A/D converters, written into memory on card, either directly or after processing an on-board digital signal processor (DSP). constructed ten layer printed circuit, with almost all components being surface-mount devices. All logic implemented in PLD's. >
