A New Technique for Aesthetic Labia Minora Reduction

摘要: A new technique has been developed to reduce the labia minora yet maintain normal labial edge and color. Labia enlargement can be congenital or acquired by chronic irritation, exogenous androgenic hormones, stretching with weights. This cause inflammation, poor hygiene, interference sexual intercourse, intermittent urinary self-catheterization. Aesthetically, asymmetrical enlarged causes self-consciousness sexually when subject wears tight pants. Previously reduction was performed amputation of protuberant segment oversewing edge. Now, rather than amputation, a wedge tissue is excised edges are reapproximated. Four patients have undergone this aesthetic procedure excellent results. No complications occurred. The relatively simple greatly enhance patient's confidence.
