摘要: Abstract 44 year old male was admitted to hospital with chest pain. Complex coronary artery fistula drained into pulmonary depicted but not clearly demonstrated conventional angiography despite various projections. CT that the fed by both left anterior descending (LAD) and right (RCA) branches. A feeder aneurysm found on a LAD branch. The associated RCA via small caliber vessel web which also ventricular outlet. 64-MDCT is superior catheter in its capability demonstrate beyond lumen of arteries extra-anatomical structures like fistulas.
