摘要: We develop the concept of quantum phase-space (Wigner) distributions for quarks and gluons in proton. To appreciate their physical content, we analyze contraints from special relativity on interpretation elastic form factors, examine physics Feynman parton proton's rest frame. relate quark Wigner functions to transverse-momentum dependent generalized distributions, emphasizing role skewness parameter. show that allow us visualize using language classical phase space. present two examples point out some model-independent features.
