摘要: Empirical analysis of manufacturing plant location requires the use a single industrial site quality measure. Under hedonic price theory, sites can be explained by their characteristics. The estimated is included with ten other factors in an ordered, categorical logit model attraction to Georgia counties. results inform public decision-makers relative impact and how changes alter probability attracting plant.
