摘要: This paper presents a new method to construct dynamic models for large industrial and commercial facilities commonly connected power transmission systems. These typically draw amounts of have complex responses system disturbances. Traditional load modeling approaches such as those based on composition or site measurement are not adequate produce facilities. In this paper, facility template-based technique along with template scaling/equivalence algorithms is proposed solve the problem. Oil refinery used an example illustrate technique.
