Structure change and energy storage property of poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene)/poly (methyl methacrylate) blends

摘要: In this work, in order to reduce the energy loss induced by ferroelectric P(VDF-HFP) and improve storage property, a series of P(VDF-HFP)/PMMA blend films were prepared via biaxiallyoriented technology. The results showed that ratio alpha crystal continuously decreased with addition PMMA, beta firstly increased, followed reduction further rising PMMA percentage. Though gamma was small, it enhances steadily. With could be found out disorder structure, size, drop crystallinity P(VDF-HFP). structure change improved discharge efficiency temperature stability. tanδ is enhanced more than 10°C, from 45% pure PVDF 75% under 400 MV/m after modifying PMMA. This improvement thought due formation new γ-2b.
