摘要: The concept of innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) includes both conventional natural killer (NK) and helper ILCs, which resemble CD8+ T CD4+ in acquired immunity, respectively. Conventional NK are migratory cytotoxic that find tumor or infected with microbes. Helper ILCs localized at peripheral tissue responsible for helper-cytokine production. classified into three subpopulations: TH1-like ILC1s, TH2-like ILC2s, TH17/TH22-like ILC3s. Because the functional similarities between cells, can serve as an component augments each corresponding type immunity. However, physiological functions more plastic complicated than expected affected by environmental cues types inflammation. Here, we review recent advances understanding interaction including T- B-cell responses various conditions. Immune suppressive activities particular discussed comparison to their immune stimulatory effects gain precise knowledge ILC biology relevance human diseases.
