摘要: Will women become leaders in the increasingly global world of twenty-first century? According to many Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), promoting best people—whether male or female—into senior leadership positions is a strategic necessity if their companies are succeed, let alone prosper. This article describes commitment that one major multinational's CEO made moving from around into most positions. It an organizational development process, led by included targeted survey both and female executives, convening 4 1/2-day Global Leadership Forum, actively changing organization based on recommendations generated at Forum. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
