摘要: Corticosteroid-Binding globulin (CBG) is a plasma protein that binds certain steroid hormones, mainly cortisol and progesterone. It has been demonstrated recently specific binding sites for this exist on cell membranes. In communication we establish to these results in the induction of adenylate cyclase activity accumulation cAMP MCF-7 cells. These events are critically dependent upon being bound CBG. data consistent with hypothesis CBG prohormone which activated when it.
