摘要: Abstract 1. If diamine oxidase is allowed to act upon the putrescine, γ-amino-butyraldehyde formed. This compound condensed Δ1-pyrroline, which in turn can be reacted with o-aminobenzaldehyde form a yellow compound. A photometric method for determination of has been based on these reactions. 2. Solutions γ-aminobutyraldehyde obtained by hydrolysis from corresponding acetal known concentrations, have react o-aminobenzaldehyde, and resultant extinction measured. In this way calibration curve makes it possible convert units activity micromoles consumed per mg enzyme hour. 3.
