摘要: Abundant examples of complex transaction-oriented networks (TONs) can be found in a variety disciplines, including information and communication technology, finances, commodity trading, real estate. A transaction TON is executed as sequence subtransactions associated with the network nodes, committed if every subtransaction committed. incurs two-fold overhead on host node: fixed transient operational cost long-term management (e.g. archiving support) that potentially grows exponentially length. If overall exceeds node capacity, fails all incident to node, their parent distributed transactions, are aborted. resilience measured terms either external workloads or intrinsic fault rates cause partially fully choke. We demonstrate under certain conditions, these two measures equivalent. further show exponential growth costs mitigated by adjusting effective cost: other words, future maintenance could absorbed into costs.
