摘要: Idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) remains the most common cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults and one leading identifiable causes end-stage kidney disease. Prior to considering best approach treatment, three important components need be considered. First, natural history typical patient today; second, importance identifying causative factors; third, integration current data on known autoantibody/antigen systems involved IMN into diagnosis management patient. Combining this with information indicators associated a poor prognosis plus new surrogate markers that provide clues treatment plan is correct has provided us more secure platform for choosing right each This already provides rational precise use our therapeutic options. Even today, we can slow disease progression future approaches therapies are likely lead prevention or even reversal injury IMN, thereby improved quality life patients.
