摘要: Microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-spray coatings are usually required in order to explore the potential industrial application latter. This article demonstrates successful formulation Ni-20Cr Ni-50Cr on two boiler steels, namely, SAE 213-T22 SA 516 steel by process. The microstructure, coating thickness, phase formation, microhardness were evaluated. subjected cyclic heating cooling cycles at an elevated temperature 1173.15 K (900 °C) ascertain their high-temperature oxidation behavior. Moreover, these exposures can give useful information regarding adhesion with substrate steels. Of all coatings, had a maximum average hardness value 469 Hv. As observed from surface field emission–scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) analysis, found have nearly dense microstructure sprayed particles interlocked positions. It was concluded that process is suitable for spraying preceding powders onto given steels produce low oxide coatings. general, follow parabolic rate maintaining contact respective
