摘要: Change of the hydrogen concentration induced by ion irradiation in polyethylene films has been studied MeV proton backscattering. Ion implantation film results a strong breakup chemical bonds chains with large emission leaving carbon enriched film. These effects are confined cylinder around track, cross section 10−15 cm2 and length comparable range.
