摘要: The light induced structural phase transition of TiO2 nanoparticles from anatase to rutile structure is reported with different distribution defect related surface states. Pristine, defective, and passivated samples were irradiated in vacuum condition by intragap visible wavelength achieve the transformation. states studied means excited steady state time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy. Two bands clearly observed, first component centered at about 470 nm time decay ns range second one peaked 600 nm, a lifetime order µs. are assigned 5Ti3+ species 6Ti3+-OH located nanoparticles. mechanism interpreted framework oxygen adsorption desorption phenomena involvement defects.
