摘要: It is increasingly common that computational devices with significant computing power are underexploited. Some of the reasons for due to frequent idle-time or low demand tasks they perform, either sporadically in their regular duty. The exploitation this otherwise-wasted a cost-effective solution solving complex tasks. Individually device-wise, can sometimes comprise stable, long-lasting availability window but it will more frequently take form brief, ephemeral bursts. Then, context highly dynamic and volatile landscape emerges from collective contribution such numerous devices. Algorithms consciously running on kind environment require specific properties terms flexibility, plasticity robustness. Bioinspired algorithms particularly well suited endeavor, thanks some features inherit biological sources inspiration, namely decentralized functioning, intrinsic parallelism, resilience, adaptiveness. Deploying bioinspired techniques scenario, conducting analysis modelling underlying Ephemeral Computing also pave way application other non-bioinspired domain. Computational creativity content generation video games applications areas foremost economical interest nature widespread abundance gaming all kinds In paper, we explain why how be adapted new environment.
