摘要: In this paper we discuss findings from the 'Cruise Tourism in Arctic Canada' (C-TAC) study; a project that focuses on increased number of cruise ships visiting small communities Canadian between 2005 and 2012. This presents case study Pond Inlet, Nunavut, one most visited by vessels region. During summer 2010, 47 residents were interviewed about costs benefits industry to community, with follow up workshops 2011 The highlights development visitor code conduct which was identified as key strategies minimise risks maximise opportunities presented community.
