摘要: The chemistry of pyrimidines and their benzo derivatives, including quinazolines, perimidines benzo[gh]perimidines is reviewed in this chapter, with particular attention paid to work published between 1996 2007, which covers the period since publication second edition Comprehensive Heterocyclic Chemistry. Fully aromatic, both partially fully reduced species are included, oxo nucleosides nucleotides also covered. New routes synthesis many these heterocycles, as well modern synthetic techniques, microwave assisted procedures, described. Both ring substituent modification procedures relative reactivity different groups and/or positions discussed, several examples selective metal catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. Metal amination amidation reactions importance pyrimidine quinazoline heterocyclic compounds biological systems emphasized, two four DNA bases pharmaceutical agents contain either or fragments.
