摘要: Brassica species represent a broad range of crops. This reflects the high degree genetic diversity and related phenotypic plasticity. An understanding basis aids both breeding discovery rare alleles traits. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) molecular markers are popular tools for assessing due to their polymorphism transferability across species. We have applied public SSR genotype international germplasm collections B. napus juncea as well commercial lines grown in Australia. Results illustrate relationship between these also provide measure level uniformity within lines.
