摘要: Background Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) and some types of immunoglobulin (Ig) G4-related disease are often involved in the spectrum inflammatory pseudotumor (IPT) concept IgG4-related IPT/IMT has recently been proposed. Methods A 38-year-old man complained initial symptoms blurred vision headache. Results A was found right mastoid, which caused occlusion sigmoid sinus intracranial hypertension. A diagnosis IMT with IgG4+ plasma cell infiltration established by surgical, pathological, immunohistochemistry findings. His were completely relieved after corticosteroid therapy no recurrence detected during 22 months follow-up. Conclusion A case cerebral venous infiltrated IMTs head neck never reported; proved satisfactory infiltration. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Head Neck 37: E4–E7, 2015
