摘要: Entomologists traditionally use the Jolly-Seber analytical method (JSAM) to estimate demographic parameters from capture-mark-recapture data, although more powerful approaches like constrained linear models (CLM) have been developed and are commonly successfully applied vertebrates. Demographic (i.e., survival, capture, recruitment rates, population size, sex ratio) of a patchy Bog Fritillary butterfly, Proclossiana eunomia (Esp.) (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae), were estimated. using CLM on basis daily captures imagoes during 11 yearly generations (1992-2002). Comparing these results with JSAM obtained same data lead us stress that far tools which allow for optimal exploitation data. This allows identification variation patterns link them life-history traits; furthermore it gives precise estimates crucial input modelling trends viability analysis.
