摘要: Energy programs including energy audits are cited as one of the most promising means to increase efficiency and reduce GHG emissions. From a public point view, cost-effectiveness an program is major importance if be considered or not. The aim this paper outline results from two largest Swedish programs, project Highland PFE (Program for improving in energy-intensive industry), terms program’s cost-effectiveness, order answer research question where money towards end-use should placed view. Project Highland, involved small- medium-sized industrial service sales enterprises, electricity-intensive industries. Results indicate that differs substantially between cost-effective sector target medium sized non-energy-intensive companies using audits. next cost effective LTAs (Long-Term Agreements) and, followed by non companies.
