摘要: Abstract A series of composites based on polylactide (PLA), have been prepared by melt-blending with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) and Tri(1-hydroxyethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride) phosphate (IP) functionalized MWNT (MIP). The morphology, thermal stability burning behavior the were investigated Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) Cone Calorimeter Test (CCT), respectively. Significant improvement in fire retardant performance was observed for PLA/MIP composite from CCT (reducing both heat release rate total release) TGA (increasing char residue) compared to PLA/MWNT. SEM Raman spectroscopy utilized explore surface morphology chemical structure residues. It revealed that catalytic charring effect IP, physical crosslinking MWNT, combined IP (forming continuous compact layers) very efficient improving flame retarding properties composite.
