摘要: Abstract In 50 healthy adults, 56 renal patients with uremic coma, and 24 without comparative determinations of glucuronic acid, indican, free bound phenols were carried out in the serum, CSF urine. insufficiency a significant increase all investigated substances was found both serum CSF. aromatic protein metabolites, also controlled by paper chromatography, still correspondingly higher. From observations course insufficiency, it is suggested that toxic breakdown products clinical symptoms uremia are related.
