摘要: In response to rising concerns about the effect of sulfate on water quality, human health, and agriculture, many jurisdictions around world are imposing tighter regulations for discharge. This is driving need environmental compliance in industries like mining, metal processing, pulp paper, sewage treatment, chemical manufacturing. The removal from synthetic by high cross-linked polystyrene divinylbenzene resin was studied at batch experiments this study. pH, contact time, sulfates concentration, adsorbent dose sequestration investigated. optimum conditions were Saline as a case results showed that with increasing absorbent amount; pH improve efficiency removal. maximum uptake obtained time 3.0 120 min, respectively. Also, initial concentration water, decreased. study matched Freundlich isotherm pseudo-second-order kinetic. adsorption capacity (Qm) constant rate found 0.318 (mg/g) 0.21 (mg/g.min), also conditions, 0.1 mg/L 65.64 %. Eventually, recommended suitable low cost aqueous solutions.
