摘要: The availability of synchro-phasor data has raised the possibility a linear state estimator if inputs are only complex currents and voltages there enough such measurements to meet observability redundancy requirements. Moreover, new digital substations can perform some computation at substation itself resulting in more accurate two-level estimator. main contribution this paper is that processing removes bad topology errors, which major problems today, level. In Part I paper, we describe layered architecture databases, communications, application programs required support II, mathematical algorithms different from those existing literature. As phasor will increase gradually, describes how be enhanced handle both traditional proposed simultaneously.
