摘要: Polymorphisms in the endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene have been associated with variations (NO) formation and response to drugs white subjects. We examined whether genetic polymorphisms (T-786C, b/a intron 4 Glu298Asp) haplotypes of eNOS affect NO 179 healthy black To assess formation, we measured concentrations nitrite plasma, red blood cells whole blood. Although found no effects individual on that ‘C-4b-Glu’ haplotype is significantly more common subjects low circulating plasma compared high (both P<0.0007).
