摘要: The number of neuroendovascular treatments both ruptured and unruptured aneurysms has increased substantially in the last two decades. Complications endovascular cerebral are rare but can potentially lead to acute worsening neurological status, new deficits or death. Some possible complications, such as vascular access site complications systemic side effects associated with contrast medium (e.g. allergy, induced nephropathy) also be encountered diagnostic angiography. most common treatment related thromboembolic events perforation aneurysm. Overall, reported rate ranges between 4.7% 12.5% while intraprocedural rupture is about 0.7% patients 4.1% previously aneurysms. Thromboembolic hemorrhagic may occur during different phases procedures technical, clinical anatomic reasons. A thorough knowledge aspects these reduce risk their occurrence minimize sequelae. deep understanding management thus part best standard care.
