摘要: The pharmacodynamics of nitroglycerin have been studied in dogs and man. In dogs, intravenous (TNG) caused a decrease left ventricular work, myocardial blood flow (MFB), oxygen consumption, no significant change coronary vascular resistance. Intracoronary artery TNG an immediate increase MBF resistance that persisted until arterial pressure fell. In man, sublingual (0.4 mg.) MBF, patients with without arteriographically proven disease. The injection doses 0.1 to 0.2 mg. directly into the man hypothesis proposed for mechanism action relief angina pectoris is first, due its effect on circulation, and, secondly, cardiac work systemic circulation.
