摘要: This invention is suited for a packet network that carries bursty data. A mechanism coupled to an edge node coding information into digital format at either first rate of second which less than the rate. senses traffic overload one or more intermediate nodes carrying informaton. responsive sensing causes switch from while sensed. Thus, demand requirements are reduced and will be alleviated.
