摘要: Cr(VI) containing industrial wastewaters are highly toxic and carcinogenic, severely threats living creatures the environment. Therefore, it is desired yet challenging to develop an available economical adsorbent for simultaneously detoxifying anions Cr(III) ions removing them from wastewater. Here we propose a facile method rapid removal of wastewater by using synthetic polydopamine microsphere (PPM) with hierarchical porosity. The as-prepared PPM exhibits high capacity 307.7 mg/g outstanding efficiency. They can effectively decrease concentration lower than 0.05 mg/L well below limits drinking water standard WHO regulations in 60 s at pH 2. More importantly, PPMs reduce lethal low toxicity, immobilize on matrices PPMs.
