Content validity determined by eight certified lymphedema therapists. mean score videos 4.5 ± 0.35 (Likert scale 5 = strongly agree 1 disagree). readability level 5th grade superior suitability rating using Suitability Assessment Materials indicated materials were appropriate various levels health literacy population. TR-PUMPS implemented utilizing Versatile Integrated System (VISYTER) software platform, secure system provides ability real-time teleconferencing. Evaluation subjects’ post intervention Competency Self Care Self-Management (CSCSM) their resulted 94% + 4%. Inter-rater reliability CSCSM high. Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) single measures .913 95% confidence interval - .980 (p .000). ICC average .979 .955 .990 Self-identified performance measured Canadian Occupation Performance Measurement showed significant improvement .008) exceeded minimal importance difference. There no change self-efficacy management scores .065). perceived usability TR-PUMPS high 6.4 0.65 disagree 7 agree). These results support viable method providing home-based swelling.
