摘要: The invention provides steroidal alkaloids for inhibiting or reversing multidrug resistance in cancer bacterial, fungal parasitic infections. alkaloid may be administered to the patient alone combination with an anticancer, antibacterial, antifungal antiparasitic agent. Examples of include members solanidane spirosolane e.g. tomatidine, families, and C-nor-D-homo steroid such as jervane veratramine families.
