摘要: A new vessel for large scale plant tissue culture with a compartmentalized reservoir and corresponding media but without regular closure to close the vessel, so that tissues cultured are under normal ecological air environment. Instead of closure, layer sterile powder material is dusted on top special circumferential fold wall until all media, fold, buried. Thus continuous buried from formed against microbes getting into vessel. Since environment provides natural light, variable humidity, current, enough CO 2 , etc., plantlets harden themselves while they gradually growing out layer, just like seedlings soil in nature. The quality plantlets, many aspects, comparable nursery seedlings, terms hardiness survival ability. Therefore, traditional artificial hardening phase can be eliminated shelf room area saved.
