摘要: Leveraging the quantum information-processing ability of superconducting circuits and long-distance distribution optical photons promises realization complex large-scale networks. In such a scheme, coherent efficient transducer between photonic is critical. However, this still challenging because use intermediate excitations in current schemes introduces extra noise limits bandwidth. We realize direct transduction based on triple-resonance electro-optic principle, with integrated devices incorporating both cavities same chip. Electromagnetically induced transparency observed, indicating interaction microwave photons. Internal conversion efficiency 25.9 ± 0.3% has been achieved, 2.05 0.04% total efficiency. Superconducting cavity electro-optics offers broad bandwidth high scalability represents significant step toward hybrid distributed computation.
