摘要: This paper proposes an iterative design procedure for a high-power LLC resonant converter, taking part in 60 kW modular DC/DC conversion stage electric vehicle (EV) ultra-fast battery charger. The basics of operation the converter are briefly recalled and most relevant analytical expressions reported. Due to requirement wide output voltage range (i.e. 250-1000 V), approach is adopted, leveraging split input DC-link structure provided by 3-level active front-end. A total four modules, with at 15 nominal power 250-500 V regulation capability, designed straightforward based on first-harmonic approximation (FHA). Finally, proposed methodology verified experimentally prototype directly resulting from procedure.
