摘要: Grain growth and oil biosynthesis are complex processes that involve various enzymes placed in different sub-cellular compartments of the grain. In order to understand mechanisms controlling grain weight composition we need mathematical models capable simulating dynamic behavior main components during filling stage. this paper, present a non-structured mechanistic kinetic model developed for sunflower grains. The was first calibrated hybrid ACA855. able predict theoretical amount carbohydrate equivalents allocated grain, dynamics non-oil fraction, while considering maintenance requirements leaf senescence. Incorporating into serial-parallel nature fatty acid permitted good representation kinetics palmitic, stearic, oleic linoleic acids production. A sensitivity analysis showed relative influence input parameters changed along development. mostly affected by specific parameter (μ´) strongly depended on their own maximum rate parameters. successfully applied two additional hybrids (MG2 DK3820). proposed can be building block towards development more sophisticated model, predicting effects environmental conditions composition, comprehensive quantitative way.
