摘要: Edible mushrooms are well-known for their health and nutritional benefits, however, undesirable effects have been reported in animals fed with these types of edible (Nieminen et al., 2009). For safety reason, it is necessary to evaluate the toxicity mushrooms, especially those that artificially cultured recent decades. The aim this study was assess mushroom Agrocybe aegerita, which also known as cylindracea Europe America. Components from A. aegerita (Yt) were extracted water unexpectedly displayed lethal effect median dose (LD50) at 8.77 g/kg. Strong hepatic BALB/c mice observed when administered 25 250 mg/kg body weight/day Yt 6 days. To identify hepatotoxic components, further separated into two components by Diaion HP-20 column chromatography produce proteins (Yp) small molecules (Ys) fractions. Biochemical histopathological analysis showed Yp could induce liver injury. LC-MS/MS identified main causative agent AAL (A. lectin), shown similar hepatotoxicity In addition, proteinase treatment assays indicated resistant degradation digestive enzymes. We strong due a lectin aegerita. This suggests correct consumption can avoid human risk help us better understand its medicinal value.
