摘要: Abstract. The objective of this study was to identify the effects ozone on two species in controlled environment. Sedum kamtschaticum and Hosta longipes were exposed both control chamber investigate photosynthesis, antioxidant enzyme activity, visible damage, number size stomata plastogloubuli. Ozone fumigated concentration 200 μg・kg -1 for 8 hours a day (from 08:00 AM 04:00 PM). Firstly, net photosynthesis decreased after fumigation. Secondly, glutathione reductase activities showed significant difference between treatment. Thirdly, symptoms leaves expressed such as chlorosis, necrosis decoloration. Also, stoma significantly ozone-exposed plants. Furthermore, intercellular space increased phenomenon because mesophyll collapsed. plastogloubuli larger stress.
