摘要: Stimuli-responsive nanocomposite has a great potential application for cell imaging, drug delivery, and improving therapeutic effect. Rare-earth upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) have exhibited an excellent properties as promising biological luminescent labels fluorescence imaging. In this work, we prepared β-NaLuF4:Yb3+,Er3+ UCNPs coated with thermo-responsive copolymer poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (P(NIPAM-co-AA)) by using ligand exchange strategy to obtain novel UCNP@P(NIPAM-co-AA). The acrylic acid moieties of P(NIPAM-co-AA) coordinate the surfaces UCNPs, PNIPAM can induce dispersion or aggregation in aqueous solution below above lower critical temperature (LCST) PNIPAM. UCNP@P(NIPAM-co-AA) weak luminescence(UCL) intensity LCST but 80-fold enhanced UCL at 31 °C their only 1 transition range. also shows remarkable reversible property low cytotoxicity. For vitro 13-fold signal-to-noise ratio be obtained thermo-activatable which implies intelligent biomedical agent.
