Transfer of Coronary Ostia by “Triangulation” in Transposition of the Great Vessels and Anomalous Coronary Arteries: A Preliminary Report

摘要: SUMMARY 1.The surface anatomy of the coronary arteries in transposition great vessels and anomalous has been reviewed. 2.Based on this anatomy, operative maneuvers for correction outflow tract transpositions with or without aberrant have described as they were developed experimental laboratory fresh necropsy specimens. 3.A similar procedure, involving "triangulation" sinus Valsalva, correcting artery occurring absence defect. 4.On basis these studies, triangulation Valsalva seems technically feasible permits transfer ostia from one to other significant rotation main trunks damage aortic pulmonary valves.
