摘要: Abstract 12k, a taspine derivative, has been demonstrated to have the potent anti-tumor activity in lung cancer and colorectal cancer. The study aims further explore underlying mechanisms of 12k on A549 cell migration vitro . Our data that negatively regulated Wnt signaling pathway by suppressing phosphorylation LRP5/6, inhibiting expression nuclear translocation β-catenin. was shown downregulate MMP3 MMP7 which β-catenin interacts with TCF/LEF nucleus, effectively impaired related protein MMP2 MMP9 cells. In addition, repressed EphrinB2 its PDZ protein, impairing VEGFR2 VEGFR3 cells, as well inhibited downstream included PI3 K/AKT/mTOR ERK/MAPK pathways. Taken together, our findings revealed suppressed cells through Wnt/β-catenin pathway.
