摘要: The genus Duboisia consists of three species, leichhardtii F. Muell, D. myoporoides R. Br., and hopwoodii Muell. species are woody plants the former two produce largest amounts tropane alkaloids among Solanaceae, which includes other alkaloid-producing Atropa, Datura, Hyoscyamus Scopolia. major present in scopolamine hyoscyamine, important compounds that have been used as spasmolytics anesthetics. third hopwoodii, produces mainly nicotine nornicotine, both normally found tobacco plants. Both synthesized roots these species.
