摘要: Solution coatable insulators capable of unipolar photoinjected carrier transport with negligible loss transiting charge to deep traps are required for the fabrication organic electrophotographic receptors. Molecularly designed polymeric these characteristics can now be routinely synthesized. Such trap‐free polymer films provide a unique venue study contact and interface behavior. A test distinguishing ohmic from emission limited behavior which exploits availability polymers is described. The involves direct comparison dark injection transients excited by application voltage step under investigation, small signal time‐of‐flight photoexcited laser pulse irradiation through semitransparent blocking on opposite face same specimen film.
