摘要: Elucidation of the biological functions extracellular vesicles (EVs) and their potential roles in physiological pathological processes is an expanding field research. In this study, we characterized USC-derived EVs studied capacity to modulate human immune response vitro. We found that are a heterogeneous population, ranging size from micro-vesicles (150 nm-1 μm) down exosomes (60-150 nm).
